Q: Does BCI accept insurance?
A: We are an out-of-network provider, meaning that we require your full session fee up front. However, we can file for individual sessions with your insurance company or we can provide you with a super bill that you turn in directly to your insurance company and you would be reimbursed one of those two ways, depending on the counselor that you choose. Filing directly, the reimbursement comes to us and is credited to your account. Filing a super bill, the reimbursement goes directly to you! We can file directly for Elliott, Emily, and Aldreques. We can provide super bills for everyone else. The only insurance we are not able to accept is Medicaid and Medicare.
We have some clients who get fully reimbursed, some who put the fee toward their out -of-network deductible, and everything in between! We recommend calling your insurance company to see how much they would cover.
Q: How long is a session?
A: Sessions are 50 minutes, but typically run closer to an hour.
Q: Do you offer virtual sessions?
A: Yes! We currently offer in-person, zoom, and phone sessions.
