LINDSEY RITSEMA
Lindsey earned her B.A. in Communications from Taylor University, with a focus on Human Resources and Public Relations. With a background in corporate recruiting and human resources, she has spent several years helping individuals identify their strengths and pursue careers and callings that reflect who God created them to be. Her passion is guiding others toward a path that feels both purposeful and fulfilling.
As a certified life coach, Lindsey specializes in supporting clients through seasons of transition — whether it's leaving or reentering the workplace, finding work aligned with personal passions, navigating a life or relationship change, or adjusting to an empty nest or caring for aging parents. Her coaching style blends clarity, compassion, and forward-focused encouragement, helping clients move through change with confidence and purpose. She has a heart for helping people discern next steps and walk in the path God has for them, whether in career, life, or relationships.
Lindsey is also a cancer survivor, and she considers it a privilege to offer encouragement and hope to others facing similar diagnoses. Her journey through illness deepened her faith and strengthened her desire to walk alongside others with empathy, courage, and trust in God's timing and goodness.
Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys exploring personality assessments like the Enneagram, hiking, baking, traveling, and connecting over coffee. She and her husband of 20 years are raising two teenagers (alongside their two dogs) and love discovering national parks and embarking on family adventures near and far.
