Debi was raised in a pastor’s home and is the youngest of four children.  She received Christ as Savior at the age of 5. In her childhood years, Debi experienced personal traumas and difficulties.  With her parents serving as missionaries, they relocated to Ireland during her high school years.  Although she was initially less than enthusiastic about this move, God used it to bless her in ways she hadn’t imagined.  It was here, in Ireland, that God brought Kevin and Debi together – facilitating a relationship that later joined the two in marriage, pastoring, and ministering together.

While serving with Kevin early on in ministry, Debi was faced with additional stresses and challenges. It was during this time that God led her to a place of complete brokenness. Thankfully, Debi and Kevin found help through the kindness and intentional ministering and mentoring  of a dear couple.  For the first time in her life, Debi began to experience the radical love and grace of God and personal spiritual and emotional freedom in Christ.  With this newfound realization that God desires this same freedom for all of His children, Debi now has a passionate desire to spread Christ’s Truth to others suffering through life’s traumas and difficulties.

Debi holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Capella University. She currently serves as unit director of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at a major hospital system in Atlanta as well as providing medical consultation for Broken Chains International. When she is not working, she enjoys reading, spending time with her four children and four grandchildren, baking, playing piano, and cheering for both her New England Patriots and her husband, Kevin, on the tennis court.
