Kim received her Bachelor of Science in Human Services and Psychology from Shorter University. Additionally, she received Christian counseling training from Grace Ministries International and Strategic Trauma and Abuse Recovery. Kim specializes in self-worth, grief, trauma, abuse, family crisis, marriage, divorce, aging, codependency, grace-based/Christ centered discipleship, setting goals and healthy boundaries.

She aspires to help others understand the foundational truths of one’s core identity in Christ. She aims her clients toward the experiential, life-changing reality of Christ’s union with the believer. The well-being of her clients is further improved as they learn to permit Christ to live “His Life” through them. While processing together through the lens of God’s sincere and assuring love, Kim encourages her clients to depend on Him more and more to meet their emotional and spiritual needs. Healing occurs through the awareness that how one is doing life today is in direct relation to how they see themselves, God, and others.

She celebrates 37 years of marriage with her husband David. Together, they enjoy dating one another, kayaking, and sharing their lives with friends and family which includes 6 grandchildren. She likes to read, write, walk, swim, create and explore.
